At Mochipop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with a product you bought from us, we are here to help.

RETURNS

You can return an item within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ensure that the product is returned in its original condition, which means:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging with all tags intact.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR DISCOUNTED or SALE ITEMS UNLESS THE ITEM IS DEFECTIVE.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Access Your Returns: Start by logging into our online return portal with your order number and ZIP code.
  2. Select Your Items: Choose the products from your order that you wish to return or exchange.
  3. Print Shipping Label: After selecting your items, print the prepaid shipping label that will be emailed to you.
  4. Ship It Back: Package the items securely and attach the prepaid shipping label. Send them back to us using the label provided.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

EXCHANGES

 How to Initiate an Exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Please reach out to our customer service team by sending an email to service.mochipop@outlook.com. We are ready to assist you with your exchange request.
  2. Prepare the Item: Ensure the item is unused and remains in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags intact. Products that are returned in altered or used conditions are not eligible for exchanges.
  3. Send It Back: Pack the item securely and send it to the return address provided by our customer service. We recommend using a traceable shipping method to ensure safe and documented delivery.

Please Note:

  • We only offer exchanges for the same product in a different size or color. 
  • Sale or discounted products are not eligible for exchanges.
  • Exchanges are subject to item availability. We will confirm if the desired size or color is in stock and reserve it for you. 
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will not be refunded.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
